Have I been hacked, my iPhone has a new screen recording alert?

Last night I read my kindle book on my phone and ended before 10 p and put it in airplane mode. Noted my phone is paid off. This morning I woke up and was worried my alarm hadn't gone off and when I looked at my phone there was a notification that a new screen recording. I watched it and it was of my phone in airplane mode around 10:06 P and someone was in the clock moved from the timer that I had used last at work and went into my alarm clock and changed it from 6 A to 7:30 A and then the screen recording ended. I've had screen recordings before and hadn't thought anything of it but I don't even know how to do a screen recording until I googled it this morning. I removed the screen recording from the swipe down. Anyways, I think that someone has installed spyware. I have a feeling who it is that has had access before I paid the phone off, but can I get spyware from downloading pictures from them? Or is there another way to get physical access like this it was very creepy and disturbing. I'm thinking about taking it to the Apple store to see if they can find anything. Thoughts?
