Overcharge by a Game App

I was double charged for a product purchase on Words With Friends game just now. What should have been a $21.39 charge is showing as a $42.77 charge. This is the second time this game has overcharged in the last two weeks. The first time, I let it go. Today, I will not let it go. Please assist with correction to the charge to my bank account.
