My Visa card has been hacked and I have a new card. How can I delete old card and ADD new card?

Follow the steps in the support document you posted from to add the new card. It explains exactly what you need to do to ADD the new card.

Once it's added, you can then remove the old card by following the steps in the support document linked below.
