How do I delete the city that automatically comes when opening the weather app

Open the Weather app on your iPhone, tap the list icon (3 horizontal lines) at the bottom right of the screen, slide the city that you want to delete to the let and tap the delete icon. Use that same screen to add other cities.
The Weather app will open to the city that was displayed when it was closed last.
