Apple ID and app id is not sync and not letting me update

My Apple ID and App id is showing different, Why ? I am not able to update my apps.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Each application will have the Apple ID used to download it stored inside it. Sign in with that one or delete and redownload it.
