How do I install CarPlay on my iphone

I know that it’s part of iOS. It got deleted when my wife switched to her android. I asked Siri to open it when I couldn’t find it and she said I gong have an app called CarPlay. It doesn’t auto connect when I start the car. App Store doesn’t have a way to reinstall it.
I guess I don't understand you question then, since CarPlay is not an App that can be downloaded or reinstalled from the App Store and Siri would not be able to find it because it is not an App. The setting is located on your phone at Settings > General > CarPlay.
