Safari not working

Safari and other applications dependent on the Internet, except for Telegram and Instagram, do not work. I tried rebooting, turning off the Internet, resetting network settings, updating the software, nothing helped. Does anyone know what to do with this?

You might want try turning Off Hotspot & VPN to check if that helps.

Some third-party (non-Apple) apps (especially virus-checkers, add blockers, etc.) can cause difficulties, so try turning them off.
