Hi Danish_14,

Taking another look at Adjust text size and other visual settings on Apple Watch, it appears you may have enabled Reduce Motion.

Tip: When you turn on Reduce Motion and choose grid view for the Home Screen, all the app icons are the same size.

On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > Accessibility > Reduce Motion, then turn off Reduce Motion.

Have a great day.

Hey Danish_14,

If your Apple Watch is frozen, have you tried to restart it? Restarting can often help resolve unexpected behaviors. Restart your Apple Watch

You can also adjust your Watch settings:

"Choose how text and other items appear

You can make text bold, use grayscale, and set other options to change the appearance of items on the screen. Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch, tap Accessibility, then turn the following options on or off:

  • On/Off Labels
  • Turn on button labels to see an additional position indicator. With labels on, you see a one (1) on any option that is on, and a zero (0) on options that are turned off.
  • Grayscale
  • Reduce transparency
  • Reducing transparency increases legibility with some backgrounds.
  • Bold text

You can also open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap Accessibility, then change an option.

Note: Restart your Apple Watch for changes in bold text and grayscale to take effect." Adjust text size and other visual settings on Apple Watch - Apple Support

We hope this helps!

Sincerely.

Hello Danish_14,

Thanks for the update about what is actually happening on your Apple Watch. We'd be happy to offer further information on this. This support article explains how to move the apps around as you wish on your watch Home Screen: Organize apps on Apple Watch - Apple Support.

Follow this guidance:

"Rearrange your apps in grid view

      1. On your Apple Watch, press the Digital Crown to go to the Home Screen.
      2. If the screen is in list view, touch and hold the Home Screen, then tap Grid View. Or open the Settings app on your Apple Watch, tap App View, then tap Grid View.
      3. Touch and hold an app, then tap Edit Apps.
      4. Drag the app to a new location.
      5. Press the Digital Crown when you’re done.

Or open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap App View, then tap Arrangement. Touch and hold an app icon, then drag it to a new location.

Note: In list view, apps are always arranged in alphabetical order."

We hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist with anything else at all. Take care.
