The error is: “cannot parse response” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1017)

Why am I getting this error message using Safari – Version 16.4.1 (17615.1.26.101.10, 17615), yet both Chrome and Firefox can open the EXACT same website easily? FYI the website is my actual homepage (one of my own websites www.comixpo.au/)

Hey there the_ironoutlaw,

If you are unable to load a website using Safari, you'll want to:

  1. Reload the page
  2. Check for and install software updates
  3. Check for extensions in Safari
  4. Test in a private window
  5. Check your Safari settings
  6. Check iCloud Private Relay
  7. Check VPN or other security software
  8. Check your network settings.

You'll find details steps for each of these linked below.

If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac
