Can’t to login to my account on my phone.

the maximum number of free accounts has been activated.

If you have reached the maximum number of free Apple accounts that can be created on your iPhone, you will have to use your computer, or another device, to create a new Apple ID.

After that, you can use this new Apple ID on the iPhone, that gave you the free account error message.
