So I recently traded my phone in at the Apple Store for battery issues. And since I’ve been using the phone they traded me with , my iMessage hasn’t been working. All my texts send in SMS messages and I don’t get calls or FaceTimes.

Whom to Contact:
Contact your Carrier, asking them to configure Messaging it to how it should be.
