I own an Apple 12 Pro Max that my late wife used. I apparently do not have her PIN or log in info. So now the phone says "Locked to Owner".I don't want anything off it...only to do a hard reset and start over.
I bought the iPHONE 12 ProMax for my wife who later died. I can't reset it as it says "Locked to the Owner" I just want to do a complete reset....
