According to the support article If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support you must contact Apple for help if you see that message or one saying "You cannot login because your account has been locked". This is not something you can fix yourself. Apple provides a contact link for this specific issue. Hi There,


It sounds like you are getting the error message "Your account has been disabled in the iTunes and App Store". This will prevent you from updating or installing applications and requires you to Contact Apple Support to resolve the issue. Sometimes this is because of a failed payment method or a back-charge.
