Uploading Videos to iCloud

When I attempt to upload a video from my PC onto iCloud, I see the message "Only Files in JPEG format can be loaded. Any ideas please?

Upload video MP/MP4 to iCloud I've tried to upload a video file (<2GB) to my iCloud account (50GB available) and iCloud says "wrong file type - must be JPG." I don't know if any videos in JPG format! How do I upload a video file to iCloud and circumvent the message that prohibits the upload? Thank you.

I cannot download large video from icloud I have my photos and videos uploaded to icloud, trying to download them on Windows using the iCloud application, most of the files (photos and small videos) I can download, but if the video is over 100MB, not much luck there, it will keep on failing and retrying from beginning. any method that can help? Thanks
