Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand Wi-Fi and Bluetooth won't turn on. If they are grayed out, we recommend making sure you have the latest version of iOS. Here's how to update if needed: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.

If you're already updated, you may want to reset your network settings to see if the issue persists. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind, this also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
