Please be aware that this is a user to user forum, no one here told you it was refunded. It can take up to 30 days for a refund to go through.

How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take

Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

If Apple says they refunded a payment it will be sent to the account that the original charge came from. However, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in the account; most of this time is on the side of the bank. Apple sends the refund within 24 hours of approval.
