Did apple has any replacement program for the temporary horizontal lines on the screen caused due to overheating of the t-con board for Macbook Pros 2016-2017 Models?

The only current Apple free repair program for a laptop Display Assembly is for a backlight issue with the MBPro 13" (2016) model.
