My Apple watch keeps asking for my passcode

It sounds like the wrist detection is registering a move away from the skin. Usually caused by

• loose strap
• tattoos
• Faulty watch

After checking fir snug strap and if there are no tattoos I would do the following

This started after the most recent update. It wasn't an issue before.
