App frozen

I have had the Arlo app on this phone for about 1 year. About a week ago it froze. Can you please tell me if I can force it to close? When I push the app to delete it does, but not all the way. When I go to the App Store to reinstall it says open or a cloud. I have tried everything I can find on how to delete it. Please help!

Several things to try:


Have you restarted your device? That sometimes clears up odd issues.
