I have noticed , that when I get a No Caller Id , call, my phone only rings, one time and either hang up or goes to voicemail, or something . It there a feature that can control this , or is the caller with this No ID just hanging up the phone?

Do you currently have "Silence Unknown Callers" set up in Settings > Phone? If so, does disabling that seem to improve things? This article can provide some more info about that feature: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
