apple music playlist folder not available for adding albums/tracks

I have created a playlist folder. When trying to add tracks/albums the folder is not visible/available for adding...

When I create a playlist it works fine.

I run latest Ventura MacOS....

Talked to Apple support. You cannot use folders within folders. Use play list within folders. Works great. Thanks.
