I tried that route and rebooting iPad. Solution in the end was changing the additional Spanish keyboard from ios to QWERTY. Now works at treat, all characters, as they should!

iPhone keyboard doing wrong autocorrects Since iOS 16.3 update, I have been experiencing typing errors more on my iPhone. Wrong letters being selected and autocorrect changes the word completely, like replacing their with there, and selecting "O" instead of "L". I have to double-check the sentences before sending them now. Has anyone been experiencing these issues as well?

Verify that you have selected the language/keyboard layout that matches your keyboard - instead of using Auto settings:

Settings > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard
