How to turn off watch . It isn’t working properly

Can’t turnoff watch. Everything is enlarged so it won’t get to the log off screen

You have turned zoom on. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app. Tap Accessibility and see Zoom (second from top) and turn it off.
