I just want to ask whether malicious configuration profile can hack our iPhone or not ,what exactly does a malicious conf profile does to our iPhone in worst case…..

but I had it installed in my iPhone for 3 years without even knowing it,so what bad it must have done to my iPhone??? I mean did my private information got leaked?????
Yes, all of those things.
A management configuration profile can control many functions of your phone. It can't be installed without your explicit permission, so "hack" is not an entirely accurate word for it.
It's more like someone showing up at your front door wearing a mask and a gun and you say 'sure, I'd love to be able to play laser solitaire without having to pay for it, come on in! I'll just be over here ignoring what you're doing'...

It couldn't really have done anything bad to the hardware. But yes, it could have leaded personal information. As there is no definitive way of knowing what, assume everything was compromised and change all passwords.
