I would like to find a file management program for my iPad mini on iCloud

i would like to find a file management program for my iPad mini on icloud, there are a lot of programs out there and they talk about cloud connectivity and PDF editing, but I want basics, rename, delete move to folder, create folder, tag multiple files to be archived or delete, DOS had a program called New Sweep (NSWP), worked like a charm, add a thumbnail of selected file and off to the races

The native Files App already provides much of the functionality that you are looking for - at least within the limitations of iOS/iPadOS and iCloud.

There are many third-party File Manager Apps available from the Apple Apple Store - some better that others. Only you can decide with of the many that are available will best fit your needs - although many are intended for more advanced needs.

Of the many available, perhaps consider Stratopherix FileBrowser - Document Manager, or its “pro version” FileBrowser Professional:

I there are a lot file management programs at the App Store and as looked through them what I did not see was any references to basics and not many websites listed go to

The problem with iPadOS and iOS is not many files have general access. Groups are managed by the app that works with them.
