Unable to share Apple Card with family sharing members

Unable to share or merge Apple Card with some Family Share members though I have followed instructions per Apple. Some members are shown as “unavailable for sharing”.

Unavailable for sharing with Apple Card When my wife tries to add me to her Apple Card it says "Unavailable for sharing". She's currently the Organizer in our Family Sharing. I've troubleshooted it with the following which have not helped: -Both regions are set to the U.S. -Both ages verified to be above 18 -We're on the latest iOS software of iOS 16.6 -We have apple cash setup on both phones -Signed out of Apple ID, force reset, then signed back in -Completely rebooted her phone and reinstalled iOS -Removed then re-added the apple card -Removed then re-added me as a family member -Enabled purchase sharing on both ends In talking with technical support on both the apple and goldman sachs, side I've found no solutions. Any ideas? Thank you for any help or time that anyone can provide.

unable to share apple card i am unable to share my apple card with one on my 18+ children. One was accepted and one is unavailable. i met all of the requirements are listed.

Why is a member of my family unavailable for sharing my Apple Card My husband and daughter are both in my family. When I go into my Apple Card only my daughter is available for sharing. It says my husband is unavailable for sharing. His phone is up to date, his birthday is correct, his apple pay is set up and the region is correct on his phone. Not sure what else I can try. Please help

Make sure all iPhones are updated to iOS 16.4.1 or higher.
