MacOs Mail: Default to search within current email folder
When I went to Ventura the default email search changed. It used to be that if I went to search the search results would be based on my current folder and the "All Mailboxes" option would appear that I could choose to click on IF I wanted to search outside the current folder. This was great functionality. I get my context sensitive search that I could choose to expand.
Now whenever I search the system automatically chooses All Mailboxes and searches the universe of all my email folders and lose my current folder. This is super annoying and I have to then navigate back to where I started to find the folder I was in.
I can't find any place to change the default to work the way it used to. Why on earth does Apple consistently trash great functionality when it comes out with new releases?
Am I missing something. Does someone know how to get it to default to the current folder when I search in the search function in Mail?
