Lost apple watch

Unfortunately, I have recently lost my Apple Watch and am unable to locate it using the Find My app, as the device is turned off. I have tried the suggested troubleshooting steps, such as checking the last known location but I have been unable to locate my device. If anyone has had a similar experience and knows of any other options please help me out.
