How to force AirPods Pros to connect?

My AirPod Pros decided to no longer connect to my MacBook Pro, so I selected Forget Device. Now they will no longer connect to my laptop or iPhone.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.3

Hi, thanks for reaching out! If you select to forget the device it will be entirely removed and so it won’t connect anymore to any of your devices. But if you want to reconnect them again make sure to have both AirPods in the case and press and hold the back button for a couple of seconds until it blinks white. They should then appear again on the Bluetooth list on your Mac. I also want to leave you this link for a more detailed description: If your AirPods won't connect - Apple Support
