Microphone issues after IOS 15.7.5 update - iPhone 7 Plus

I use the microphone feature often for my emails, and other applications on my iPhone. after I did this update, this feature stopped working. when I push the microphone button, it looks like it is trying, but then just stops. anyone have this experience? anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

microphone acting weird after IOS 17 I just installed IOS17 on my iphone 13 pro, and when using the microphone it starts recording 3-4 seconds after I actually activate it. It happens both on 'Whatsapp' and 'Voice memos'. for some reason it works fine in 'Massages' and when recording a video. I can't find a reliable solution on the internet, and want to try here before reseting the iphone to factory settings Thanks for the help

Iphone 15 Pro IOS 17.0.3 Microphone Issues I bought my 256GB iPhone 15 pro within the past month and recently my microphone has quit working. The apps of FaceTime, Phone and Snapchat all make my microphone sound like it is in a wind tunnel. I am rather frustrated as this is a brand new phone and I have never had an issue such as this with an apple product. I have removed my screen protector and case and the issue persists. Please help save my 1100$ investment and help it to perform the most bare minimum tasks asked of a modern smartphone.
