Airpods Pro Cant Connect to new Iphone

When i was trying to pair my Airpods Pro to my Iphone X(14.1 version), it pops up something that say this airpods isn't mine, Airpods Pro has not been connected to this phone, and tells me to connect through iCloud. After i clicked on connect through iCloud, it tells me to hold the button on the back of the Airpods Pro Case, but after i did that, nothing happens, I have tried holding it for minutes, but nothing happens. I tried holding it until it flashed orange, and nothing happened either. Can someone help me? I have tried resetting the AirPods Pro(following the exact instructions, orange light came up and beeped), it is also fully charged. Another thing is that the airpods just won't show up in any bluetooth menus. It doesn't show up when searching for available devices to pair on my Mac, Iphone, and Android phone. Help meeeeeeeee
