EveryDollar support for linking bank to account

Can you make it possible for me to link my Apple Card to my account with EveryDollar to make budgeting easier? Every other bank account I have is able to do this, except the apple card. Is this feature being worked on? Is there a workaround through Goldman Sachs? Please let me know.

Yes, EveryDollar is a budgeting app created by Ramsey Solutions. I contacted them about this issue this was their response:

Hey There,

Thank you for contacting EveryDollar support!

It looks like the bank you are wanting to connect to is not supported quite yet. We understand how valuable it is to be able to connect your accounts to EveryDollar, so we are happy to walk you through the process of requesting that your bank be added.

While banks don’t directly support data syncing with third-party apps like EveryDollar, many of them will work directly with our bank connection partner to establish a successful connection. We encourage you to reach out to a representative at your bank to express your desire to connect your accounts to EveryDollar. Then, once they are on board, please have them submit a request form HERE to begin the approval process of building this new connection. Once our bank connection partner gives the green light, it can take about 6-12 weeks for the new connection to be built.

We recommend periodically searching for your bank in EveryDollar to see if it has been added. In the meantime, I would recommend manually adding and tracking transactions to stay up to date with your budget.

I hope that you have a good day.

Let me just say, the developer is just avoiding the issue. Apple and Goldman Sachs have added the framework for apps to link to Apple Card and Apple Savings. It’s now up to the developer to modify his app to the framework in place.

What is EveryDollar, an accounting/financial app? Supporting Apple Card and Apple Savings is the responsibility of the company and developer of their app. Apple & Goldman Sachs support financial and accounting apps that comply with their app develop requirements. This is to make sure your accounts are safe. For example Mint supports Apple Card currently and is probably working on adding Apple Savings account.

I suggest you contact EveryDollar support team and make your request known to them.
