Hi, Miki!

Make sure you're connected to a network before trying to access a webpage through Safari. If there are three bars, '4G' or '5G' at the top right of your screen, you're all set.

If the webpage still won't load, make sure it's not just that webpage. Try accessing another site to see if the issue persists.

Still not working? Quit Safari, re-open it and try again.

Follow these steps to close Safari:

  1. Slowly swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause
  2. Scroll through the apps until you find Safari
  3. Swipe up on Safari and then swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to your Home screen

If that doesn't work, try restarting your iPhone:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

I hope this helps!
