Apple Watch keeps calling sos and I don’t know why?

My watch keeps dialing SOS and I’m not pressing it when I do press the crown It calls it what should I do I normally leave it alone a couple of days and stops but not trying to do that.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Try and turn off automatic sos calling

Open the Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.
Tap Emergency SOS.
Turn off Hold Side Button to Dial.
