Unknown Apple bill

Hi guys

I have this monthly payment taken from my account of $16.49 aud and it’s nothing in my purchase history and nothing in my subscriptions. As usual, people at Apple Store told me to sort it out online, I’ve contacted Apple Support. That was 4 months ago. I’m a student and it’s just taken the last $16 I had in my account until I’m paid in a few days. Please help if you can!!!!!

If you have more than one Apple ID account, then it might be a charge to the other account.
If someone else has access to you payment method, then they could subscribe to something on their Apple ID, but charge to you bank account.
If someone tricked you into a bogus subscription service, and have it billed to them by almost matching Apple’s charge name, then they might be collecting funds that way. Compare this charge statement description and legitimate charge statement descriptions for minute differences.

You can contact your bank or card issuer to stop (and maybe reverse) some (recent) unauthorized periodical charges. That may mean that old card needs to be invalidated and that you get a new card.
