Can a iPhone 13 pro max be tracked when offline ?
I heard that apple has this new feature of tracking the phone when offline, how does this work ? My phone is stolen. I would really appreciate the help.

There is no option to track a phone that isn't online.
Find My should show the last known location, but that's only for 24 hours. Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support
Contact your provider, and follow the options here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
Lock the device, and your info is safe and nobody can use it. Erase it, and your info will be safe, but it might be used if someone else finds it.
