Please go to: Settings > Focus. Now, please go through all of your Focuses, and make sure you do not have a Custom Screen set up under CUSTOMIZE SCREENS. If you do have one set up, just click the white circle with a blue line in the top left corner of the Custom Screen to remove it, and then please see if the issue persists.

How do they change? If they turn black, this issue was discussed at length in this thread, along with a few suggestions on how to fix this.
