im using 2 numbers for the same carrier and the weird thing when i try to call or receive a call the other sim become no service even i ended the call it wont retrieve the signal till i turn the airplane mode on and off
is that normal or a bug ?

To be honest i was using the same sim cards in a previous phone and i hadn’t this issue
Thank you for the great assistance and the issues was from my carrier because they forgot to turn on the VoLte for my number (u can’t turn it on from your side by using iphone) and right now the issue is solved
iPhone 14 pro max Dual sim ( physical sim and esim ) the other is always no service
