How to export your Apple Card statements
If your iPhone has iOS 13.2 or later, you can export or download transactions from a previous month as a .CSV, .OFX, .QFX, or .QBO file.*
Quicken 2019 and newer and QuickBooks 2018 and newer are supported. If you use a third-party financial app or software provider, contact them to see which versions are compatible with these file types.
*On iPad, you can export .CSV files only.

Gotta make sure that it isn't an 'extension' family card member.
I have an Apple Card with my own name and all that but it was through my brother's account who solicited it, so none of these replies will be useful in that case.
There's no share nor export button anywhere to be seen on any hidden crook and corner on the Wallet app.

You didn’t follow step 2. Please tap Card Balance button. Then follow the other steps as outlined in my post.
When one downloads the files, do they stay on the phone? If so, where? I am trying to preserve space!
