I did everything on apples help page to sync my iCloud. Photo stream is on, iCloud is correct on my mac and iPhone. The old photos on my computer got put back on my phone. But the photos I've taken from the past two years aren't synced onto my laptop. What do I do?

Verify that these are Officially Stored in iCloud:
Go here: https://www.icloud.com/photos. If not, then they just are not in iCloud. So, are the seen?
