Apple security scam pop up

This afternoon while I was downloading something, I got the Apple security scam pop up, something like this in the web. I did not realized it was a kind of scam at that time and I called the service center number in the pop up. I let them remotely access to my laptop. Once I realized it, I disconnected it. I deleted the program they asked me to download for the remote access, and web history. I changed passwords for the websites I visit. What are the things I have to do?

It keeps happening because you keep going back to the same site(s) that cause these popups to appear. Stop going there.

Close Safari. Hold down the Shift key while opening Safari again. This tells Safari to not open any previous sites.
