Apple ID password

The App Store on my iPhone is not accepting my Apple ID password that I know to be correct as I have logged into my Apple Account on my laptop.

The article If your Apple ID is locked or disabled outlines possible errors you may see when attempting to use your Apple ID and the prescribed solutions. If this describes what you're experiencing, "If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help" would be the solution.


If you are attempting to install updates for apps that were downloaded using a different Apple ID, the Apple ID and password for that account would be required, and your personal account would not allow those updates to install.


If something else is happening, include details such as the specific actions you're taking, any error messages that are displayed, and whether this happens on cellular or Wi-Fi data to assist in the relevancy of future replies.
