battery charging don't go over 20%

hello, within 2 days I updated the ios to 16.4.1 a after that my iphone battery didn't charge full and and didn't charge over 20%

Battery issue slow charging iOS 16.5 Since I updated my iPhone 14 pro max to IOS 16.5, it takes longer to charge? I charge it with my genuine apple plug 20W for 30minutes and it just went up 20%? Before I updated it when I charged for 30minutes it will increase at least 47%. Please anyone could help much appreciated. Thank you

When was the last time that you had the battery in the phone replaced?

Check the performance of the battery:

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging & Maximum Capacity.

What is the Maximum Capacity?
