I got a new iPhone but they old owner left their Apple ID info and they can’t remember their id password, how can I add my Apple info so I can use that phone? I lost the person phone number so I can’t contact them

To remove the activation lock you can either remove it with the correct Apple id and password
Or if you are unable to do so, and you have proof of purchase, you can apply for Apple to remove the activation lock
