If I follow apples directions to see what Wi-Fi network my HomePod mini is on in home kit, it is missing the manufacturer, serial number and Wi-Fi network information. Is there an update that changed how you see this info or something?

It’s still there. Tap on the HomePod in the home app and scroll down to the gear icon , it’s at the very bottom. If you have two stereo paired, then you tap on “speakers” to display each one.
