Köpte nyligen en iPhone till dottern och kan inte skapa ett apple id utan att autentisering krävs. Enligt europeisk lagstiftning måste banker autentisera vissa transaktioner. Banken kunde inte göra nåt. Nån som vet hur man kommer vidare?

Not all bank card companies are willing to work with Apple. Apple never approves or disapproves credit cards. It is up to the bank to do that. You say you contacted them but they could not help. Can you try a different card? I realize I am not knowledgeable about European legislation. It may be best for you to try this Apple Support page.
