Sky VIP offer

I was offered six months free use of apple TV by sky VIP. I agreed and set it up, but after adding card details it's only offering 1 week free them telling me I'll be charged.... I checked on Sky, but it refers me to Apple. So here I am..

Has anyone else had this, and how was it sorted please.

Once you have redeemed the offer, the subscription is valid for the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app on any of your devices, including select TV-connected Sky boxes that support apps.

Watch on cable or satellite services – Apple Support (UK)

“The Apple TV+ app is available on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream. Go to the apps menu, or say "Apple TV+" into your voice remote.”

Many thanks for your reply.. I have spoken to Apple and Sky.. it seems sky's VIP offer only allows you to access Apple TV via a website and not via the Sky box ( which would be the logical premise). I am going to delete my Apple account as it seems there are no subscriptions attached
