Apple Music removing downloads???

So my Apple Music started removing downloaded songs a few months ago. The songs will still be in my library but I have to redownload them (almost) every day to play them offline. I cannot figure out how to get my downloaded songs to STAY downloaded…. Here’s some information since I know the typical questions that will be asked:

Yes, I upgraded my phone. It did not fix the issue so it isn’t the phone since it’s happened on two phones. It’s an issue in settings or with the app itself.

Optimize storage is turned off.

i have over 200GB of free space on my phone.

Automatic Downloads is turned on.

I have toggled sync library off, waited five minutes, toggled back on again.

I have signed out of and back into my Apple ID three times.

Nothing I’ve done has fixed the issue. Any ideas??? This is making me want to throw my phone across the room every morning. 😂😂😂

Hello TLPride88,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities and for sharing all these details with us. You've done a great job in troubleshooting this issue with your downloaded music being removed. Allow us to assist and recommend more steps to help further isolate this issue you're experiencing. You did mention that you had signed out of your Apple ID. Please do keep in mind that this step will remove songs that have been downloaded for offline use. If songs were being removed prior to attempting this step, we recommend that you try the steps below:

1.) Delete the Music app: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

2.) Reinstall the Music app: Redownload music - Apple Support

3.) Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Deleting the app will also remove songs that you've downloaded for offline use. After you've redownloaded the app and restarted your iPhone, download a couple of songs and see if the songs continue to get removed.

Feel free to keep us posted if your issue continues to occur. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Take care.
