IPad full screen notification

From a recent update, it seems that I now always get a notification of the instructions for how to get out of full screen mode when I put a video into full screen mode. This is annoying. How can I get it so this notification does not pop up? Also, is there a way to just turn off these full screen controls? It pops out of full screen more often than I would like.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

I have same problem and it even overlays middle screen playbutton.

It looks very unprofessional and reminds me of the early volume hud but even worse since it looks so bad overlaying the playbutton..

You have to wait the 2 seconds to press play every time.. i thought it would be a message that would go away by next update but it came with 16.2 and still there!!
