I pull out my phone and the flashlight has been on for some time and the battery is significantly reduced. At other times, when I pull out my phone, my finger touches the camera button and i end up recording pulling out my phone. It is annoying to have to keep deleting these videos.

Hey Apple, it may be a good idea to have a way of changing items like this. Not everyone uses the iPhones in the same way. Not everyone uses the phone like you do. You may end up annoying more people than you expect. I personally have been using Siri to turn on my flashlight ever since I discovered that it could do that. I don't use my phone as a camera and don't need such a convenient way to turn it on. Please let me remove those buttons.
BTW, did you think about the fact that someone malicious with physical access could take inappropriate or sensitive pictures on someone's phone and causing them trouble even when the phone is locked?

Who's thinking over there. Put some controls and a removal method on that device.

Both of those features came out with ios 5 and were currently on ios 16, so likely there will be any changes.
Well, the answer to this is no, you can't do that.
But, there's an unpractical way of disabling camera on your lock screen (well your entire camera app actually), head over to settings > screen time > content & privacy > allowed apps > toggle off camera. Yes this is definitely not what you're looking for, but hey, no inappropriate pics in your phone.
